Though we are part of the Evangelical Covenant denomination, we embrace those from a wide variety of church and non-church backgrounds. All questions are welcomed as we explore together what it means to be a follower of Jesus Christ.

Small Communties

Our monthly and bi-monthly Small Communities are places for friendship, fun, and discovering gospel life more fully together. These are great entry points for connection, fellowship, and often include a shared meal in homes throughout the San Gabriel Valley. We also gather as as a whole congregation on the second Tuesday of each month for a Community Dinner Potluck in the church courtyard.

Youth Ministry

Students are a vital part of our church. Together we are traversing the way of Jesus, becoming his students. On Sunday mornings (9:00am) in the Youth Room, middle and high school students take part in TheStudy. We open the good book, ask questions, eat breakfast, play ping-pong and deepen our understanding of what God has been up to throughout human history. On Wednesdays (6:30pm), our students do life together in a LifeGroup, engaging a topic for the month and sharing about the week at hand. Often you’ll find an odd game or ridiculous fun starting things o before a focused time. Baked into our ministry are opportunities to participate in Service to our community.

Kids Ministry

Our goal is to partner with parents to nurture faith in our kids, to share the truth of God’s love, and to celebrate God’s active presence in our world. We are excited to see how our kids are growing in their faith each week!

The centerpiece of our ministry takes place Sunday mornings at 10:30am, when children begin with worship alongside their parents before exploring God’s Word in small age groupings led by our caring sta .

This ministry is complimented by a variety of special events, including a Bible memory program and an annual Family Camp Out.

Cross-Cultural Ministries

We have an active and thriving partnership with various cross-cultural ministries locally and around the world. It is our desire that the love of God is shared with everyone, across racial, cultural, and economic lines. We directly support cross- cultural workers in more than 10 countries on 5 continents in such diverse work as church planting, farming, small business development, language instruction, and marriage and family support. Through these partnerships, as well as through occassional short term projects, our church community participates in God’s global mission.

Neighborhood Ministries

We are excited to see and be a part of the work that God is already doing to bring his goodness, mercy, and justice to our own neighborhood. We seek to build good, lasting friendships with our neighbors, while sharing the same goals, hopes, fears, and joys of life in Pasadena.

Our ministry team gathers monthly to listen, pray and plan. We mentor youth through weekly Young Life meetings at Pasadena High School. We help grade school children with homework or Bible Club at CAN-DO Kids Club, our afterschool tutoring program. We offer a one-week back-to-school daycamp each year, called Jump Start. We are also active in addressing e ects and causes of homelnessness in Pasadena through programs like our Bad Weather Shelter.

Worship Arts

Through a diverse range of musical and artistic styles, our Sunday Services (10:30am) help us connect with and know God better. It is a time when people of different cultures, backgrounds, ages, genders, and experiences join together as a community of faith – seeking God together with our hearts, souls, and minds. The worship service is our primary way, as a church family, to pursue God together, hear from the Word of God, and celebrate our faith.
